Our expansion into India marks an important milestone in Upflex’s growth as we introduce our products to new audiences and help the world get back to work in a flexible and safe way.

Upflex, the flexible workspace reservation platform, was launched in India, thanks to an agreement with ANAROCK, the leading independent real estate services company in India.

The agreement combines Upflex’s technology, processes and corporate mandates with ANAROCK’s national distribution platform to deliver a highly customizable workspace program in Tier 1, 2 and 3 cities in India.

The Upflex solution portfolio replaces traditional rental models with a simple, single-source alternative, streamlining real estate, reducing overheads, conserving resources and improving the employee experience.

Using Upflex’s intuitive mobile app, employees can search thousands of workspaces in 1,600 cities and 75 countries and book conveniently located offices, offices and meeting rooms on demand.

Additionally, employers can track the activity of their distributed workforce, view detailed usage data, and manage all bookings across thousands of spaces and space operators on a single invoice.

ANAROCK will also launch Upflex’s Safe Spaces â„¢, a global program for companies speeding up operations amid the easing of restrictions related to Covid-19. The initiative helps employees return to the workplace and access spaces that follow strict health and safety guidelines.

Participating companies will be differentiated by a Safe Spaces â„¢ logo and health and safety filter on the app and desktop, allowing employees to easily identify and reserve spaces that are part of the program closer to home – reducing commute times and increasing productivity, safety, and employee satisfaction.

Vincent Lottefier, Chief Strategy Officer of Upflex, a three-decade veteran in the commercial real estate industry, was previously CEO of Jones Lang LaSalle India and worked closely with Anuj Puri during and after the merger of the real estate advisor Trammell Crow Meghraj and Jones Lang LaSalle in 2007. Lottefier will join the advisory board of Upflex India.

With ANAROCK as an operating partner, the companies will work with retail space developers, owners, businesses and real estate agencies to expand Upflex’s footprint to approximately 1,000 locations across India over the next 12 months. .
