Currently, dnata provides passenger services for 13 airlines.

Did you know that for flights from the UAE, you can perform your Covid PCR test from home? And that you can also complete the registration process from home?

Dnata presented the services offered by its wing outside DUBZ airport, during the airport lounge which started on Monday at the Dubai World Trade Center.

The service is delivered via a mobile check-in van “equipped with the latest technology,” dnata said in a press release.

According to the DUBZ website, the rate for the home check-in service starts from Dh209; while the PCR test at home costs 250 Dh.

“A team of well-trained DUBZ staff visit the passenger’s home, receive the luggage, issue the boarding pass and transport it to the airport to ensure a hassle-free travel experience…”

The team ensures “total security with step-by-step baggage imaging, 360-degree video surveillance and GPS tracking.”

Samer Sobh, COO and co-founder of DUBZ, said: “We are the first to bring airport services to the city safely. With nationwide coverage, passengers can streamline their journey by committing to the first and most critical step, from the comfort and safety of their own home, ”he said.

DUBZ also offers a similar facility to arriving passengers, who can return home shortly after completing immigration control. The company will collect their luggage, clear it through customs and deliver it to their door.

Currently, dnata offers passenger services to 13 airlines, including the UAE’s domestic carriers Emirates, Etihad and flydubai. Passengers of Saudia and Qatar Airways can also benefit from the services.

Samer Sobh said: “In the current scenario, our services have become even more important because they guarantee minimum contact with people during the trip. Since we also issue the boarding pass at their location, passengers can go directly to the immigration counters. “

DUBZ now also offers group registration and PCR testing services.

He is now considering launching the service in other countries. “We are at an advanced stage of discussions with several Gulf and European countries,” he added.
