The municipal council met today in ordinary session at 7:00 p.m. under the chairmanship of Mayor Paul Brooks.
The roll call was taken by Mayor Brooks in the presence of council members Joe Wilson, Callie Hilty and Brad Marchant. Randy Stevenson, present by telephone.

To approve the minutes of the regular meeting of the municipal council of December 7, 2021 as published. Approve the December adjustment report. Approve the December Invoice Paid report. Approve the January Unpaid Invoice report. MOTION CARRIED (according to the consent agenda).
City Engineer Karla Greaser briefed council on the Sundance Kid Tank project. Part of the electrical work has been done, putting the pumps into operation in the pumping station.
Mayor Brooks said an addendum to the Sundance View Estates covenants has been drafted and filed in the Crook County Courthouse.

The Crook County Sheriff reported 119 calls for the month.
Fire Chief Gari Gill reported that Sundance Electric donated materials and labor for new fire station lighting. He expressed his sincere thanks on behalf of the department.
City Engineer Karla Greaser thanked City Council for the nomination for the year. She says Sundance is a great group to work with.
